1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 96win website accessible at https://96win.win and all associated mobile-optimized pages, features, tools, and content.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether or not they have registered an account.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the 96win Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, sporting event, or other activity available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, matched deposits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a 96win promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" means the respective Philippine e-wallet services used as payment methods on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering, referring to the laws, regulations, and procedures designed to prevent the proceeds of crime from being disguised as legitimate funds.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 96win Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. 96win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The 96win Platform is operated for and directed at the Philippines market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 96win reserves the right to restrict access from any territory without prior notice.

2.3 Personal Eligibility

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is legal;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of 96win or its affiliated companies;
• You are not a problem gambler and are not using the Platform while under any self-exclusion order;
• The funds used to fund your account are not derived from criminal activity.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 96win account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and winnings across those accounts, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current at all times. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, current residential address, mobile number, and any payment method details. 96win reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all account information at any time.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with AML regulations applicable in the Philippines, 96win is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, at registration. You may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, PhilSys ID, SSS ID, or equivalent);
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days);
• A clear selfie holding your ID;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., GCash account screenshot matching the registered mobile number).

Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. 96win will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the verified account holder.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 96win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify 96win support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

96win accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard, USDT, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. 96win reserves the right to refuse any deposit without explanation in compliance with AML obligations. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Account identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered to the verified account holder;
• 96win typically processes withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) during operational hours;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

4.3 AML & Source of Funds

In cases where a Player's deposit activity triggers AML review thresholds, 96win may request documentation establishing the source of funds used for gambling. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of account access and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 96win are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms solely with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering is calculated on the total amount of qualifying real-money wagers placed. Wagers on certain games or game categories may contribute at reduced percentages toward fulfilling wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution; coordinated play between multiple accounts to generate artificial wagering; arbitrage betting using bonus funds; and any other strategy that 96win reasonably determines exploits the bonus system in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gameplay. 96win reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 96win Platform is governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for voiding a wager or reversing a game outcome.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game's outcome — including but not limited to server errors, software bugs, connectivity failures, or incorrect odds display — 96win reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. The decision of 96win's technical team regarding whether a malfunction has occurred and the appropriate remedy is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

All sports betting wagers on the 96win sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and event type. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, wagers will be settled in accordance with 96win's sport-specific settlement rules. Live in-play betting is offered in real time; wagers accepted after the commencement of play are subject to late-acceptance rules as displayed on the Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or using an account while under the age of 21;
• Using the Platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or compromise the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 96win staff or other users;
• Charging back deposits or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

8 Responsible Gaming

96win is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimizing gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools for all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at configurable intervals reminding players of the time elapsed and net win/loss during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and 96win will not process re-registration requests. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 96win Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, and text — is the property of 96win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 96win.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• 96win's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim;
• 96win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption;
• 96win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• All games on the Platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis;
• 96win accepts no liability for any loss arising from a Player's gambling activity, whether direct or indirect.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

96win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, how it is secured, and how you may exercise your data subject rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. 12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 96win account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending investigations.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 96win

96win reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account holder has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct;
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 96win;
• The account holder is, or has become, ineligible to hold an account.

In cases of confirmed fraud or criminal conduct, 96win reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities.

13 Amendments to These Terms

96win reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory order, in which case they may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 96win customer support for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
